Audio Clips

Below is a selection of audio clips (MP3s) that you can use to support your Pilates practice at home. Pick and mix those that you want to make up your personal programme.

Wear comfortable clothing that is easy to move in with bare feet or socks, but no shoes. I recommend a mat, but you may not need it if you are exercising on a thick carpet. You may be more comfortable with a cushion to support your head.
