Mat Classes

I teach mat classes at Mundford Village Hall. Classes last one hour. The schedule is:

  • Monday 9.15am – General – for those who want to achieve and maintain a general level of fitness
  • Monday 10.30am – Strong, steady and straight – for those who want to focus on back and bone health
  • Monday 6.45pm – Performance – for those with experience who like a challenge or want to improve their sports performance
  • Monday 8.00pm – General – for those who want to achieve and maintain a general level of fitness

Classes are £9 each, when booked online as a course each month. Sorry, no refunds if you miss class. I also offer a drop-in rate of £11, subject to space – please check availability with me, then pay by cash or bank transfer.

If you are new to my classes, please contact me to check availability. If you are new to Pilates, you may need to attend an introductory private session or beginners’ course before joining an ongoing mat class. Read more about how to get started.
