Exercise for Depression

When you’re depressed, you might feel you don’t have enough energy to exercise. However, exercise can boost your mood, especially if you have mild to moderate depression. All types of exercise can be helpful. Find something you enjoy, so you can do it regularly.

Pilates is low-impact and exercises can be adapted to suit your ability, so anyone can benefit. I suggest all newcomers start with a private session to learn the basic principles and build the confidence to join a group mat class.
