The foam roller is one of my favourite pieces of small equipment.
You can use them to enhance your home practice as they will add an extra dimension to your workouts. You can use your foam roller to challenge stability, increase mobility, and stamina. You also perform self-myofascial release to relieve tight muscles and aid recovery.
I currently have a small stock of used rollers* available or you can buy them from amazon and elsewhere. I have a free handout with a selection of exercises too.
